Welcome to Alas De Angel Alpacas

Welcome to our home! We have fallen in love with alpacas and the "joy of humming". There is nothing so pleasing to see and hear as alpacas humming contentedly and frolicking in the pasture! The joy of watching a cria born is itself a miracle from God that we have been blessed to see.

Our name translates as "Wings of Angels"" in Spanish. This name was chosen because we truly believe in the power and authority of Jesus Christ in our lives and work. If you are still and quiet you can hear the "wings of angels" all around; alpacas exemplify this by their gentle, calming nature.

We live in Clearlake Oaks, Ca, which is in Northern California approximately 1 1/2 hours west of Sacramento and 1 1/2 hours south of Ukiah. We started our herd with two males and one female and one gelding. We then purchased three more females, two of which were bred last year and we now have a total of nine alpacas and are expecting three cria in June 2007.
